Privind prezentarea cererii privind scutirea de plata impozitului pe venit de către organizaţiile necomerciale
Este necesar ca organizațiile necomerciale înregistrate în perioada de pînă la 31.12.2011 să depună cererea privind scutirea de plata impozitului pe venit pentru fiecare an fiscal de gestiune, în cazul în care acestea au depus cererea menționată la momentul înregistrării? Conform prevederilor art. 52 alin. (4) din Codul fiscal, dreptul la scutirea de plata impozitului pe venit se realizează prin cererea depusă de către organizaţia necomercială la organul teritorial al Serviciul Fiscal de Stat.
