A fost simplificată procedura de înregistrare a mărcilor şi a altor obiecte de proprietate intelectuală
Lilia Bolocan a menţionat că solicitanţii sistemului informaţional pot folosi, în ce priveşte cererile de înregistrare şi documentele aferente, semnătura e-AGEPI, semnătura digitală, semnătura mobilă sau Serviciul Guvernamental MSign. Referitor la sistemul de plată, utilizatorii pot folosi cardul bancar, sistemul plăţii din avans, în numerar sau prin Serviciul Guvernamental MPay, a subliniat sursa citată.La rîndul său, Stela Mocan, director executiv al Centrului de Guvernare Electronică, a specificat că printre priorităţile Guvernului se înscrie obiectivul ca pînă în anul 2020 toate serviciile publice să fie oferite prin Internet.
AGEPI-ul se află printre lideri în ceea ce priveşte priorităţile de digitalizare. Ne propunem ca transformările şi reformele la nivel de sector (educaţie, sănătate, agricultură, colectarea de taxe, serviciile vamale etc.) să fie oferite prin intermediul tehnologiilor mobile. Există deja 11 servicii publice integrate în sistemul MPay, iar numărul cetăţenilor care apelează la serviciile electronice creşte lunar. Sperăm ca această deschidere a instituţiilor statului spre digital să fortifice interacţiunea dintre cetăţeanul simplu, companiile comerciale şi stat, a accentuat Stela Mocan.
