La 1 ianuarie 2025 vor intra în vigoare noi prevederi ce vizează operațiunile cu numerar, aprobate prin Legea nr. 34 din 29 februarie 2024 cu privire la efectuarea decontărilor în numerar. Prevederile au ca scop prevenirii evaziunii fiscale și combaterii spălării banilor, precum și în scopul stimulării plăților efectuate prin intermediul instrumentelor de plată fără numerar, și creșterii nivelului de transparență, și de securitate al acestora.
În scopul de a oferi contribuabililor mai multe explicații aferente legii aprobate, în ediția din aprilie a „monitorului fiscal FISC.md” nr. 3(87) este publicat articolul „Operațiunile de plăți și încasări în numerar. Noile reglementări”, elaborat de către Veronica Ursu și Ana Litocenco.
