La data de 13.03.2013, SRL „M..M..” a depus cerere de chemare în judecată împotriva IFS mun. Chișinău cu privire la anularea actului administrativ. În motivarea acțiunii reclamantul SRL „M..M..” a indicat că, la data de 04 ianuarie 2013, în baza deciziei privind inițierea controlului fiscal nr. 11063 din 28.12.2012, pîrîtul a efectuat un control fiscal cameral prin metoda verificării tematice, privind corectitudinea trecerii în cont a sumelor T.V.A. aferente procurărilor înregistrate în luna septembrie 2012 de la „R...-C...” SRL, în urma căruia s-a stabilit diminuare...
