Dle Mirzoev, de ce în Moldova oamenilor nu le place să plătească impozitele și, să-i spunem pe șleau, mulți nici nu le plătesc? Auzind întrebarea, mai întîi am zîmbit, apoi m-am pus pe gînduri. Mi-am amintit de zicala cu două lucruri inevitabile în viață – moartea și impozitele… Desigur, nimeni nu e bucuros să plătească impozite, însă în multe alte țări acestea se plătesc la un nivel mai înalt, pentru că există, în primul rînd, înţelegerea că veniturile din impozite sunt folosite pentru a asigura binele public și, în al doilea, încrederea că acești bani vor fi utilizați în folosul...
