Politica bugetar-fiscală și vamală 2025: Codul vamal
Prin Legea nr. 214 din 31 iulie 2024 pentru modificarea unor acte normative (ce vizează politica bugetar-fiscală și vamală 2025) au fost operate modficări și la Codul vamal. În continuare oferim o sinteză a acestor modificări. 1. Completarea art. 5 din Cod vamal cu 4 noțiuni noi: „contract la distanță” „declarație de tranzit”, „schimb electronic de date” și „tehnici de prelucrare electronică a datelor”. Respectiv, introducerea noțiunii „contract la distanță&rdquo...
