Prețuri de transfer: ultimele ajustări efectuate la Ordinul MF nr.9/2024 privind aprobarea regulilor de implementare a preţurilor de transfer
Prin prisma Legii nr.214/2024 cu privire la modificarea unor acte normative (ce vizează politica bugetar-fiscală și vamală) au fost efectuate modificări la Capitolul 112 al Titlului V din Codul fiscal nr.1163/1997 (CF) în partea ce vizează reguli speciale privind determinarea prețurilor de transfer conform principiului lungimii brațului.
