Cum urmează a fi deduse cheltuielile de alimentaţie a angajaţilor, în cazul în care agentul economic a încheiat contractul cu un prestator de prînzuri prin catering în valoare de 55 lei per prînz în iunie 2013, care se răsfrînge şi asupra anului 2014?
Răspunsul la această întrebare urmează a fi separat în două părţi: pînă la operarea modificărilor în CF prin Legea nr. 324 din 23.12.2013 (publicată în MO nr. 320-321 din 31.12.2013), care au intrat în vigoare începînd cu 01.01.2014, şi după acest moment. În redacţia existentă pînă la momentul indicat, potrivit poziţiei oficiale a IFPS, expus pe www.fisc.md în Baza Generalizată a Practicii Fiscale (întrebările 29.1.3.28 şi 29.1.3.29): pentru angajaţi, plăţile acordate salariatului de către patron pentru recuperarea cheltuielilor personale, precum ş...
