Cum urmează a fi efectuate deducerile cheltuielilor ce țin de achiziționarea vizei pentru angajatul delegat în interes de serviciu, dacă durata pentru care se eliberează viza depășește perioada aflării nemijlocite a angajatului peste hotare în interes de serviciu? Cum se vor impozita la persoana delegată aceste venituri?
În conformitate cu prevederile art. 24 alin. (3) din CF, deducerea cheltuielilor de delegații, de reprezentanță, de asigurare a agenților economici se permite în limitele stabilite de Guvern. Totodată, în conformitate cu pct. 29 lit. a) din HG pentru aprobarea Regulamentului cu privire la delegarea salariaților entităților din Republica Moldova nr. 10 din 05.01.2012, salariatului delegat i se restituie, potrivit documentelor primare prezentate de el, cheltuielile pentru obținerea pașaportului străin și a vizei, precum şi a vizei de reședință în pa...
