Despre termenul de achitare a taxei pentru unităţile stradale de comerţ şi/sau de prestare a serviciilor
Pînă la data de 14.09.2012, în Anexa la Titlul VII al Codului fiscal era prevăzut că, achitarea taxei pentru unităţile stradale de comerţ şi/sau de prestare a serviciilor urmează să se realizeze de către contribuabili trimestrial, pînă în ultima zi a lunii imediat următoare trimestrului gestionar. Ulterior, prin modificările şi completările operate în Legea nr. 178 din 11 iulie 2012, această prevedere a fost exclusă. Care este termenul de achitare de către contribuabili a acestei taxe? Reieşind din prevederile specificate la lit. o) col. 4 din Anexa la Titlul V...
