În baza căror documente confirmative se va permite deducerea în scopuri fiscale a cheltuielilor suportate aferente serviciilor prestate de către avocați, notari, executori judecătorești?
În conformitate cu prevederile art. 24 alin. (1) din CF, se permite deducerea cheltuielilor ordinare și necesare, achitate sau suportate de contribuabil pe parcursul anului fiscal, exclusiv în cadrul activității de întreprinzător. Potrivit art. 2 din Legea contabilității nr. 113-XVI din 27.04.2007, prevederile Legii menționate se aplică tuturor persoanelor juridice și fizice care desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător, organizațiilor necomerciale, notarilor, avocaților, executorilor judecătorești.
