Могу ли я, являясь физическим лицом, быть проверенным налоговым органом? Какова процедура инициирования налогового контроля физического лица, не осуществляющего предпринимательскую деятельность?
Налоговый контроль налогоплательщика, независимо от того, проводится ли он в отношении физического или юридического лица, инициируется на основе рисков. Вероятность инициирования налогового контроля тем больше, чем значительнее риск. Процедура проведения налогового контроля физического лица идентична процедуре налогового контроля юридического лица. При выявлении значительного риска несоблюдения налогового законодательства физическим лицом, в большинстве случаев в части, касающейся уплаты подоходного налога и налога на недвижимое имущество, налоговый инспектор, ответственный за проведение налогового контроля, отправляет налогоплательщику повестку, содержащую требование явиться в налоговый орган. Налоговый контроль в отношении физического лица осуществляется в помещении налогового органа.
