Persoana fizică-cetățean a beneficiat de restituirea contribuției individuale de asigurări sociale, reținută de către angajator și virată în plus la bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat. Se va considera suma primită drept venit impozabil obținut de către persoana fizică-cetățean pe parcursul perioadei fiscale sau nu?
În conformitate cu prevederile art. 25 alin (1) din Legea privind sistemul public de asigurări sociale nr. 489-XIV din 08.07.1999 (MO nr. 1-4/2 din 06.01.2000) (în continuare-Lege), contribuția individuală de asigurări sociale datorată de asigurații cu contract individual de muncă se reține și se virează lunar de către angajator la bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat. Totodată, începînd cu 1 ianuarie 2009, contribuția individuală de asigurări sociale reținută și virată în plus după această dată la bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat se rambursează persoanei asigur...
