Poate fi depusă Declarația persoanei fizice cu privire la disponibilul de mijloace bănești la situația din 01.01.2012 cu întîrziere, achitînd amenda pentru prezentarea tardivă?
Declaraţia cu privire la disponibilul de mijloace băneşti este o declaraţie care nu se consideră dare de seamă fiscală, care conţine date despre disponibilul de mijloace băneşti ale persoanei fizice la sfîrşitul zilei de 1 ianuarie 2012, 1 noiembrie 2012 sau 28 decembrie 2012 şi care nu poate fi prezentată după termenul-limită de prezentare. Acest fapt este stipulat în pct. (10), art. 2261 „Noţiuni” din Codul Fiscal. Termenul limită de prezentare a expirat la 31 decembrie 2012.
