Unele aspecte privind instituirea şi activitatea posturilor fiscale: În baza căror prevederi legale şi de către cine se instituie postul fiscal?
Conform prevederilor art. 134 alin. (2) din Codul fiscal, Inspectoratul Fiscal Principal de Stat are dreptul să instituie posturi fiscale altele decît cele instituite în conformitate cu actele legislative şi alte acte normative. De asemenea, în baza prevederilor art. 146 alin. (4) din Codul fiscal, Inspectoratul Fiscal Principal de Stat hotărăşte asupra instituirii posturilor fiscale, stabileşte tipul şi locul de amplasare, iar în cazul postului fiscal electronic – şi tehnologia de comunicare electronică, aprobă Regulamentul privind funcţionarea posturil...
