În conformitate cu prevederile art. 793 din Codul fiscal, forma certificatelor care atestă reşidenţa şi impozitele achitate de către nerezidenţi în Republica Moldova, precum şi lista documentelor, în baza cărora se eliberează acestea, se stabilesc de Guvern. În scopul eficientizării procesului de administrare a impozitului pe venit reţinut din venitul nerezidenţilor, obţinut pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova, prin Hotărîrea Guvernului nr. 101 din 05.02.2013 (Monitorul Oficial nr. 31-35/150 din 15.02.2013) au fost aprobate formele tipizate ce atestă rezidenţ...
