Contribuabilul – utilizator al maşinilor de casă şi de control cu memorie fiscală (MCC) poartă răspundere pentru veridicitatea şi corespunderea datelor înscrise în Registrul MCC (RMCC), precum şi pentru rectificările efectuate.
