În rezultatul controlului s-a depistat încălcarea prevederilor art. 2931 alin. (7) din Codul contravenţional, şi anume, a fost depistată lipsa la vedere a informaţiei prin care se atenţionează consumatorul despre obligativitatea de a prezenta bonul de casă la examinarea eventualelor reclamaţii. Ca urmare acestui fapt, de către colaboratorii fiscali a fost întocmit procesul-verbal cu privire la contravenţie, prin care agentului economic i s-a aplicat amendă în mărime de 75 unităţi convenţionale. Contribuabilul, nefiind de acord cu amenda aplicată, intenţionează să conteste procesul-verbal cu privire la contravenţie întocmit în rezultatul controlului fiscal. Care sunt drepturile contribuabilului în cazul dat şi care este modalitatea de contestare a procesului-verbal cu privire la contravenţie?
