Европейская федерация бухгалтеров и аудиторов МСП (European Federation of Accountants and Auditors for SMEs — EFAA) опубликовала отчет по итогам проведенного исследования, целью которого было установить сегодняшнее отношение участников рынка к особому режиму отчетности для очень небольших европейских организаций, призванному снизить для них административную нагрузку. Делая шаги в этом направлении, Европейская комиссия в 2012 г. внесла корректировки в требования бухгалтерской Директивы, стремясь сделать ее не столь требовательной для микроорганизаций как отдельной категории малых предприятий.
Британский Департамент бизнес-инноваций и экспертизы (Department for Business Innovation and Skills – BIS) подтвердил намерение согласовать режимы отчетности для обществ с ограниченной ответственностью (LLP, либо ООО – так привычнее) и всех прочих компаний и ввести отдельный “режим отчетности для микропредприятий”.
