Norvegia va interzice cerşetoria în locurile publice, în virtutea unui amendament legislativ dezbătut luni în Parlament, o măsură controversată care-i va afecta în special pe romii de origine română, ministrul Justiţiei invocând «o legătură» între cerşetorie şi infracţionalitate, relatează AFP. Textul prezentat de Guvernul de dreapta prevede autorizarea municipalităţilor să interzică cerşetoria pe plan local începând din vara lui 2014, după care va fi introdusă o interdicţie la nivel naţional, prevăzută începând din vara lui 2015. Măsura urmează să fie adoptată în mod sigur.
