Are dreptul SRL „M” să deducă în scopuri fiscale cheltuielile legate de reparația mijlocului fix, total uzat, în contabilitatea financiară, dar care nu a fost casat până la moment, deoarece este utilizat în continuare în activitatea întreprinderii?

В случае если их вычет разрешается, то каков порядок?

SRL „W” activează în domeniul construcțiilor civile și în anul 2015 a procurat un mijloc fix (automacara) necesar pentru activitatea întreprinderii. Automacaraua a fost utilizată anterior de către altă întreprindere. Activul procurat a fost reparat pentru a fi utilizat în continuare după destinație în activitatea întreprinderii.

ООО «Y» намеревается осуществлять предпринимательскую деятельность в сфере торговли в арендованном (имущественный наем) торговом помещении. В течение 2016 года предприятие понесло определенные расходы, связанные с благоустройством зоны парковки и нескольких крытых, на случай дождя, скамеек для ожидания, расположенных возле арендованного помещения.
