Объем внешнеторгового оборота хозяйствующих субъектов Приднестровья сократился
В январе-ноябре 2016 г. объем внешнеторгового оборота хозяйствующих субъектов Приднестровья сократился по сравнению с тем же периодом 2015 г. на 21,8%. По данным минэкономразвития региона, в товарной структуре экспорта лидирующую позицию, при сокращении объемов поставок на 17,2%, сохранили топливно-энергетические товары, их доля составила 35,4% от общего объема экспорта, сократившись на 1,8 п.п.
Potrivit Codului de executare, executorul judecătoresc are dreptul la remunerarea lucrului său şi la rambursarea cheltuielilor legate de activitatea sa. Taxele pentru efectuarea actelor executorului judecătoresc şi spezele procedurii de executare sunt achitate în avans, în temeiul unui borderou întocmit de executorul judecătoresc, de către creditor sau de persoana care solicită efectuarea acţiunilor respective.
