О некоторых бухгалтерских и налоговых аспектах процедуры плана реструктуризации Общество «Х» находится в процедуре плана реструктуризации. На день фактической выплаты заработной платы в пользу работника хозяйствующий субъект, находящийся в периоде исполнения процедуры плана реструктуризации, начатой в соответствии с предписаниями Закона о несостоятельности № 149 от 29 июня 2012 г., обязан уплачивать в бюджет налоги, включительно социальные взносы, сопряженные с исчислением и фактической уплатой заработной платы.

Acesta va conține prevederi ce țin de prezentarea dărilor de seamă fiscale, controlul fiscal, stingerea obligațiilor fiscale. Conform proiectului de lege, persoana care practică activitatea de întreprinzător, care se află în proces de lichidare, va fi obligată să prezinte organului fiscal darea de seamă prealabilă cu privire la impozitul pe venit în termen de cel mult 5 luni de la data înregistrării dizolvării și în termen de cel mult 30 de zile de la data întocmirii bilanțului definitiv de lichidare.
