Каким образом облагается доход, полученный налогоплательщиком, в случае, когда одни и те же работы выполняются налогоплательщиком, выступающим в разных организационно-правовых формах осуществления предпринимательской деятельности? Согласно действующему законодательству, предпринимательская деятельность может осуществляться в разных организационно-правовых формах, а также в статусе как юридического лица, так и физического лица. В зависимости от статуса налогоплательщика и будут применяться положения Налогового кодекса.
