Распространяются ли положения п. 16) ч. (1) ст. 103 НК на коммунальные услуги, которые предоставляются в студенческих общежитиях, являющихся жильем, и предназначены населению (студентам)? В соответствии с п. 16) ч. (1) ст. 103 НК, от уплаты НДС освобождается проживание в общежитиях; коммунальные услуги, предоставляемые населению: наем жилья, техническое обслуживание жилых домов, водоснабжение, водоотведение (канализация), санитарная очистка, пользование лифтом.

Profitul net al băncilor din Moldova în creştere
Profitul net al băncilor din Moldova a fost în I trimestru din 2016 de 865,4 mln lei, în creştere cu 260 mln (+42,9%) faţă de aceeaşi perioadă din 2015. Totuși, dacă e să nu ținem cont de indicatorii activității din ianuarie-iunie din aul trecut celor trei bănci aflate în proces de lichidare, atunci, în primele 6 luni din 2016, profitul net al celor 11 bănci care activează acum s-a redus cu 30,3 mln lei (-3,4%).
