Согласно статье 340 НК, налоговым периодом cбора за пользование автомобильными дорогами автомобилями, зарегистрированными в Республике Молдова, является календарный год. Сбор уплачивается за налоговый период разовым платежом и в полном объеме, за исключением случая, предусмотренного ч. (9) ст. 341 НК.
