Настоящий органический закон принимается на основании положений статьи 1061 Конституции путем принятия на себя Правительством ответственности перед Парламентом. Ст. 1. – Фонды обязательного медицинского страхования на 2015 год утверждаются по доходам в сумме 5 160 098,4 тысячи леев и по расходам в сумме 5 260 098,4 тысячи леев, с дефицитом в сумме 100 000,0 тысячи леев.

Prezenta lege organică este aprobată în temeiul prevederilor art. 1061 din Constituție, prin angajarea răspunderii Guvernului față de Parlament. Art. 1. – Fondurile asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală pe anul 2015 se aprobă la venituri în sumă de 5 160 098,4 mii lei şi la cheltuieli în sumă de 5 260 098,4 mii lei, cu un deficit în sumă de 100 000,0 mii lei.
