2. (28.17.20) По какой ставке НДС облагается продукция животноводства в натуральном виде, а именно мясо свежее, охлажденное или замороженное?
В подабзаце пятом статьи 96 Налогового кодекса перечислены товарные позиции продукции животноводства (010221, 010231000, 010290200, 010310000, 010410100, 010420100, ex.0105), поставка которой облагается НДС по сниженной ставке в размере 8%.
Совет директоров Всемирного банка утвердил дополнительное финансирование в размере $12 млн для поддержки молдавских малых фермерских хозяйств. Гранты смогут получить аграрии, занимающиеся выращивание яблок, слив, винограда, и имеющие не более 15 га земли.

1. (28.17.21) С какой даты поставка продукции животноводства в убойном весе облагается НДС по стандартной ставке 20%?
Начиная с 7 апреля 2015 года, с момента вступления в силу новой редакции пятого подабзаца статьи 96 Налогового кодекса, утвержденной Законом №50 от 03.04.2015 „О внесении изменений в статью 96 Налогового кодекса №1163-XIII от 24 апреля 1997 года” (Мониторул Офичиал Республики Молдова, 07.04.2015, №84, ст.120), поставка продукции животноводства в убойном весе облагается НДС по стандартной ставке 20%.

În articolul 96 liniuța a cincea din Codul fiscal, sînt enumerate pozițiile tarifare a producției din zootehnie (010221, 010231000, 010290200, 010310000, 010410100, 010420100, ex.0105), livrarea căreia se impozitează cu TVA la cota redusă de 8%.
