Куда физическому лицу следует представить Декларацию?
25 марта — последний день представления Декларации и уплаты подоходного налога физическими лицами-резидентами. Согласно Указанию № 06 от 13.02.2015, территориальные ГНИ будут принимать Декларации, представленные физическими лицами – гражданами (форма CET08), независимо от места жительства налогоплательщика, а также обеспечат регистрацию и пересылку пакетов указанных документов, в соответствии с Приказом ГГНИ № 70 от 31.03.2004, с учётом последующих изменений.

Unde urmează persoana fizică să depună Declarația?
25 martie — termenul limită de prezentare a Declarației și achitare a impozitului pe venit de către persoanele fizice rezidente. Potrivit Indicației nr. 06 din 13.02.2015, IFS teritoriale vor primi Declarațiile prezentate de persoanele fizice-cetățeni (forma CET08), independent de domiciliul contribuabilului.

До 25 марта, как предусматривает действующее законодательство, каждый гражданин, имеющий обязательства по уплате подоходного налога, обязан представить в налоговый орган Декларацию о подоходном налоге физического лица (Форма СЕТ08) и погасить сумму обязательства по подоходному налогу.
