Care este mărimea scutirilor la care avea dreptul persoana fizică în anul 2014?
25 martie — termenul limită de prezentare a Declarației și achitare a impozitului pe venit de către persoanele fizice rezidente. E de menționat că, în conformitate cu prevederile pct. 10 din Anexa nr. 2 la Regulamentului cu privire la determinarea obligațiilor fiscale aferente impozitului pe venit al persoanelor fizice care nu practică activitate de întreprinzător, aprobat prin HG nr. 77 din 30 ianuarie 2008 (în continuare-Regulament), scutirile se acordă numai contribuabililor-persoane fizice-rezidente ale Republicii Moldova.

О некоторых особенностях уплаты и учета налоговых обязательств в 2015 году
В текущем году уплата налоговых обязательств в бюджет регламентирована Приказом Министерства финансов № 177 от 18 декабря 2014 г. об утверждении Порядка зачисления и учета платежей в национальный публичный бюджет посредством казначейской системы Министерства финансов в 2015 году (МО № 386-396 от 26 декабря 2014 г.) (далее – Порядок).
Жители столицы заплатят за отопление в феврале меньше. Так, за квадратный метр квартиры стоимость тепла составит 20.59 леев. Таким образом, владельцы почти 46 тысяч квартир заплатят за февральское тепло до 500 леев. Владельцы 84 тысячи квартир — от 500 до 1000 леев.
Ministerul Finanțelor a elaborat un nou mecanism de identificare a cîștigătorului procedurii de achiziție publică de produse petroliere și îl propune pentru consultări publice prin promovarea unor modificări în acest sens la Regulamentul cu privire la modul de calculare a valorii estimative a contractelor de achiziţii publice şi planificarea acestora din 10.12.2008.
