Cum se va reflecta în Declarația privind T.V.A. plata prealabilă (în avans) primită pentru o livrare efectuată pe teritoriul țării, dacă aceasta este efectuată în valută străină?
Modul de completare a Declaraţiei privind T.V.A., inclusiv în cazul primirii plății anticipate (în avans) pentru livrări, este aprobat conform Ordinului IFPS nr. 1164 din 25.10.2012. Astfel, potrivit modului stabilit de completare a Declaraţiei privind T.V.A., în Declarația privind T.V.A. se reflectă plățile anticipate (în avans) primite pentru livrările impozitate la cota standard (boxele 1 și 2) și la cota redusă a T.V.A. (boxele 3 și 4), efectuate pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova, și suma T.V.A. aferentă acestora.

În conformitate cu art. 4 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 1593-XV din 26 decembrie 2002 „Cu privire la mărimea, modul şi termenele de achitare a primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală” (în continuare – Legea) (publicată în Monitorul Oficial Nr. 18-19 din 08.02.2003), categoriile de plătitori ai primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală în sumă fixă, care se asigură în mod individual, se stabilesc în anexa nr. 2 a Legii.
