Guvernul a aprobat astăzi Regulamentul privind crearea şi funcţionarea ghişeului unic pentru eliberarea certificatului fitosanitar pentru export/reexport, informează Moldpres. Vasile Bumacov, ministru al Agriculturii şi Industriei Alimentare a declarat astăzi la şedinţa Guvernului că scopul aprobării regulamentului constă în simplificarea procedurii de eliberare a certificatului fitosanitar.
Raportul Doing Business 2015 arată că Republica Moldova a făcut un salt uimitor de 19 poziții, până pe locul 63, în clasamentul statelor cu cel mai favorabil mediu de afaceri.
