Urmează oare angajatorul să efectueze recalculul impozitului pe venit pentru toată perioada fiscală, în cazul în care angajatul pierde dreptul de a beneficia de scutirea pentru persoana întreținută, deoarece persoana dată înregistrează pe parcursul anului un venit mai mare decît suma stabilită la art. 35 alin. (2) din CF, adică 9 516 lei, și nu corespunde cerințelor pentru a fi constatată ca persoană întreținută? Dreptul la scutirea pentru persoanele întreținute este reglementat de art. 35 din CF, conform căruia contribuabilul (persoană fizică rezidentă) are dreptul la o scutire pentru fiecare persoană întreținută la întrunirea cerințelor enumerate în alin. (2) din articolul menționat.

În conformitate cu prevederile art. 34 din CF, persoana fizică rezidentă aflată în relații de căsătorie are dreptul, în anul 2014, la o scutire suplimentară în sumă de 9 516 lei, cu condiția că soţia (soţul) nu beneficiază de scutire personală.
