В какой налоговый период возникает обязательство списания непогашенной задолженности, и в каком размере? Возникает ли обязанность удержать у источника выплаты подоходный налог с доходов нерезидента, в случае списания задолженности по импорту услуг по сдаче внаем недвижимого имущества, срок исковой давности которой истек?
