Regimul privind calcularea, reţinerea şi achitarea în buget a impozitului pe venit la sursa de plată se reglementează de prevederile CF nr. 1163-XII din 24 aprilie 1997 (republicat în MO, ediţie specială, din 8 februarie 2007).

В соответствии с предписаниями ч. (1) ст. 35 НК, налогоплательщику (физическому лицу–резиденту) предоставляется освобождение на каждого иждивенца в размере 2 124 леев в 2014 году, за исключением инвалидов с детства, освобождение на которых составляет 9 516 леев в год. Также отметим, что Законом № 64 от 11.04.2014 о внесении изменений и дополнений в некоторые законодательные акты (МО № 110-114/286 от 09.05.2014), были внесены изменения в ч. (2) ст. 35 НК, в соответствии с которыми иждивенцем признается лицо, отвечающее всем следующим

Ex-vicepremierul şi ministru al Economiei, Valeriu Lazăr, a fost ales astăzi în funcţia de preşedinte al Camerei de Comerţ şi Industrie a Republicii Moldova de către Congresul extraordinar al CCI, succedîndu-i lui Gheorghe Cucu, care a deţinut această funcţie timp de 16 ani, informează MOLDPRES cu referire la Serviciul de presă al CCI.
Impozitul unic în agricultură (IUA), de 294 ruble ($22), introdus în Transnistria din 2004, va continua să fie aplicat, potrivit unui proiect de lege aprobat în prima lectură miercuri, spre sfârșitul sesiunii de primăvară-vară a Sovietului Suprem (SS) al autoproclamatei RMN. Potrivit agenţiei „INFOTAG”, IUA a fost introdus pentru susţinerea ramurii în perioada de criză şi a înlocuit trei tipuri de taxe pentru ţărani – impozitul funciar, impozitul unic în agricultură şi impozitul pentru întreţinerea fondului locativ.
