Собственность считается вынужденно утраченной, если она полностью или частично уничтожена, похищена, если на нее наложен арест или она предназначена к сносу, либо если налогоплательщик вынужден каким-либо другим способом расстаться с ней по причине угрозы или неизбежности одного из вышеуказанных действий или событий.

Proprietatea se consideră pierdută în mod forţat, dacă ea este parţial sau total distrusă, furată, sechestrată sau destinată demolării, ori dacă contribuabilul este forţat într-un oarecare alt mod să-şi abandoneze proprietatea din cauza pericolului sau iminenţei uneia din acţiunile sau evenimentele menţionate mai sus.
