În perioada anilor 2009-2013, în Republica Moldova au fost realizate sau aflate în proces de implementare proiecte în valoare de 2,2 miliarde de euro, informează NOI.md. Potrivit hartei interactive de gestiune a datelor privind asistența externă acordată Moldovei, în anul 2010 aceasta a însumat 977,09 mil. euro, în anul 2011 – 254,2 mil. euro, în anul 2012 – 252,06 mil. euro, în anul 2013 – 593,9 mil. euro.
Curtea Constituţională a decis că prevederile legislative privind plafonarea mai multor taxe locale sunt neconstituţionale, adoptate în penultima şedinţă a Parlamentului din 2013. Decizia a fost anunțată de către președintele CC, Alexandru Tănase, Hotărârea Curţii Constituţionale este definitivă, nu poate fi supusă nici unei căi de atac, intră în vigoare la data adoptării şi se publică în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.

1. (29.3.10) Следует удержать как часть налога, сумму в размере 7 процентов согласно положениям ст. 90 Налогового кодекса из выплат, осуществленных в пользу адвоката ведущего деятельность в адвокатском кабинете, медиатора, ведущего деятельность в индивидуальном бюро медиатора, в пользу публичных нотариусов и судебных исполнителей начиная с 01 января 2014г?
Настоящий ответ составлен в соответствии с разъяснениями, предоставленными Министерством финансов в письме № 14/3-13/384 от 16.12.2013 г. Согласно положениям части (2) статьи 30 Закона Об адвокатуре № 1260 от 19.07.2002г., адвокатский кабинет действует и выступает в правоотношениях как физическое лицо.
