A fost publicat Graficul ISM al controalelor de stat pentru anul 2024
Inspectoratul de Stat al Muncii a publicat Graficul controalelor de stat pentru anul 2024 în sectorul real, aprobat prin Ordinul nr. 52a din 17 noiembrie 2023.
Astfel, pe parcursul anului viitor, ISM va efectua 1159 de controale, după cum urmează:
- Domeniul I de activitate supus controlului: Respectarea actelor legislative și a altor acte normative în domeniul muncii, securității și sănătății în muncă – 1147 controale
- Domeniul II de activitate supus controlului: respectarea cadrului normativ privind activitatea agențiilor private și a intermediarilor nelicențiați care realizează activitatea legată de plasarea în câmpul muncii în străinătate a cetățenilor Republicii Moldova – 12 controale.
