AIPA recepționează cererile de stabilire a cuantumului de motorină din ajutorul umanitar extern

Până la 29 septembrie curent agricultorii afectați de seceta din 2022 pot depune cererea de stabilire a cuantumului de motorină din ajutorul umanitar extern. Instituția responsabilă de recepționare cererilor este Agenția de Intervenție și Plăți pentru Agricultură. 


Conform Regulamentului privind stabilirea cuantumului de motorină din ajutorul umanitar extern destinat suportului agricultorilor afectați de seceta din anul 2022,  ajutorul se acordă, dacă potrivit actelor de constatare, seceta a afecta 50% și mai mult din recolta culturilor de fitotehnie pentru anul 2022.


La cererea de calculare și acordare a ajutorului se anexează:

• Declarația pe propria răspundere privind completitudinea dosarului și veridicitatea informației
• Copia extrasului din Registrul de stat al persoanelor juridice sau certificatului de înregistrare a întreprinerii sau a gospodăriei țărănești
• Certificatul de confirmare, eliberat de autoritatea reprezentativă a administrației publice locale de nivelul I
• Copia actelor de constatare a pagubelor cauzate de seceta la culturile de fitotehnie pentru recolta anului 2022


Solicitanții ajutorului pot fi fermierii micro/mici sau instituția publică care dispune și exploatează teren agricol arabil de până la 1500 ha, ce a fost însămânțat cu culturi de fitotehnie pentru roada anului 2022 și a fost afectat de secetă.
