Darea de seamă privind defalcările pentru elaborarea normativelor tehnice în construcții (Forma DNTC25) să prezintă de către investitorii, atât persoanele juridice, cât şi persoanele fizice care desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător în alte scopuri decât cel pentru asigurarea cu locuință de bază, astfel cum este definită la art. 5 pct. 46) din Codul fiscal nr. 1163/1997, care participă la formarea mijloacelor pentru elaborarea normativelor tehnice în construcții prin transferul la bugetul de stat al defalcărilor în mărime de 0,5 la sută din volumul investițiilor în capitalul fix pentru obiectivele care nu sunt finanțate din bugetul public național.

Suma defalcărilor pentru elaborarea normativelor tehnice în construcții se achită anual, până la data de 25 ianuarie a anului următor anului gestionar.

Cota aferentă defalcărilor pentru elaborarea normativelor tehnice în construcții constituie 0,5 la sută din volumul investiţiilor în capitalul fix pentru obiectivele care nu sunt finanţate din bugetul public naţional.
