În conformitate cu art.87 alin.(11) din Codul fiscal nr.1163/1997, în redacția de până la modificarea adusă prin Legea nr. 214/2024, prin derogare de la prevederile alin.(1) din prezentul articol, întreprinderile clasificate ca întreprinderi micro, mici sau mijlocii, conform criteriilor determinate în ultima zi a perioadei fiscale potrivit prevederilor art.5 alin.(1) din Legea nr.179/2016 cu privire la întreprinderile mici și mijlocii, pot achita impozitul pe venit calculat, până la data de 25 a lunii următoare lunii în care au fost plătite dividende, inclusiv sub formă de acțiuni sau cote părți, din profitul obținut în perioadele fiscale 2023–2025 inclusiv. Suma impozitului pe venit spre achitare din impozitul pe venit calculat pentru perioadele fiscale 2023–2025 inclusiv se determină prin aplicarea proratei față de suma impozitului pe venit calculat pentru perioada fiscală din venitul impozabil aferent perioadei fiscale respective.

Conform art. 6922 alin. (1) din Codul fiscal, subiecții impunerii, conform capitolul 104 din titlul II al Codului fiscal, nu ţin contabilitate şi nu prezintă rapoarte, dări de seamă fiscale şi statistice.
