Cuantumul minim garantat al salariului în sectorul real se stabileşte, începând cu 1 mai 2017, în mărime de 14,09 lei pe oră sau 2380 de lei lunar, calculat pentru un program complet de lucru în medie de 169 ore pe lună, ceea ce este în creștere cu 13,3% față de nivelul actual.

Guvernul a avizat negativ iniţiativa legislativă a unui deputat ce se referă la excluderea periodicităţii în solicitarea acţiunilor de audit din partea fracţiunilor parlamentare.

În ultimii ani în Republica Moldova au fost răspândite contracte de cesiune a creanțelor. De multe ori aceste contracte, deşi au fost denumite de cesiune a creanțelor, în realitate au luat forma camuflată a altor tipuri de contracte de drept civil.
