Я являюсь работником технического персонала органа внутренних дел. По месту работы я по обязательному медицинскому страхованию не застрахована на том основании, что данный орган создал свой фонд медицинского страхования и из данного фонда не предусмотрено страхование невоеннообязанного технического персонала. Мне предложено застраховаться в индивидуальном порядке. Правильно ли это? Или как работающая по индивидуальному трудовому договору я имею право быть застрахованной по месту работы?

În Monitorul Oficial din data de 27 decembrie 2017 a fost publicată Legea bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat pe anul 2017. În anexa nr.5 a Legii respective sunt stipulate tipurile de drepturi și de venituri din care nu se calculează contribuțiile de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii.

Publicaţia Periodică ,,Monitorul Fiscal FISC.MD” pune la dispoziţia cititorilor săi, începând cu 06.01.2017, Codul fiscal 2017 în format electronic, editat în două limbi – română și rusă (însoțit de legile de punere în aplicare a acestuia).
Conform Ordinului Ministerului Finanțelor nr. 158 din 23.12.2016, a fost aprobat modul de achitare şi evidență a plăților la bugetul public naţional prin sistemul trezorerial al Ministerului Finanţelor în anul 2017.

После избрания Дональда Трампа президентом США и установления республиканцами контроля в обеих палатах Конгресса, Америка оказалась на пороге реформы корпоративных налогов. Пакет реформы, который сейчас обсуждается, включает в себя два важных элемента: снижение налоговой ставки с нынешних 35% до 20% (или даже до 15%) и введение «пограничной корректировки» налога, что является типичным приёмом дляналога на добавленную стоимость (НДС), но необычно для корпоративных налогов.
