Ministerul Justiției a elaborat și promovează proiectul de lege pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte legislative.
Недавно правительство одобрило и направило на рассмотрение парламента проект поправок в закон о регулировании предпринимательской деятельности путем лицензирования. Законопроект включает комплекс мер по улучшению законодательства в этой области для разработки современной, единой и точной нормативно-правовой базы.

Banca Europeană pentru Reconstrucție și Dezvoltare (BERD) este dispusă să susțină proiectul de extindere a gazoductului Iași-Ungheni pînă la Chișinău. Totodată, BERD va susține proiectul de interconectare a liniilor de tensiune înaltă din Moldova la sistemele energetice ale UE prin România.
