Ministerul Economiei propune pentru dezbateri publice proiectul noii Legi privind delimitarea proprietății publice. Obiectivul noii legi este descentralizarea patrimonială şi dezvoltarea locală, în contextul implementării Strategiei de Descentralizare, eliminarea dificultăţilor apărute în gestionarea proprietăţii publice, precum și în reglementarea competenţelor tuturor instituţiilor implicate în domeniul delimitării proprietăţii publice, sporirea rolului autorităților publice locale (APL) în procesul de luare a deciziilor.

Până în 2020 numărul întreprinderilor mici și mijlocii(IMM) la 1000 locuitori ar putea atinge cifra de 25. Va crește și numărul de angajați în cadrul IMM până la 65 la sută din total angajați, iar ponderea IMM în PIB va fi de 38la sută, potrivit proiectului Legii cu privire la IMM, propus pentru consultări publice.
