Trei servicii diplomatice ale RM și anume Misiunea RM pe lângă Uniunea Europeană (Regatul Belgiei), Reprezentanța Permanentă a RM pe lângă Oficiul ONU la Geneva (Confederația Elvețiană) și Ambasada RM în Federația Rusă vor avea în efectivele de personal consilieri pe probleme vamale. Guvernul, printr-o decizie a sa a instituit unități de consilieri pe probleme vamale( atașați vamali) în cadrul acestor misiuni diplomatice.
