este un funcționar public învestit cu atribuția de a autentifica acte juridice, de a autentifica înscrisuri, de a legaliza semnături, de a elibera copii legalizate, certificate de moștenitor etc.
Potrivit art. 2 al Legii contabilității nr. 113-XVI din 27 aprilie 2007, prevederile legii menționate se aplică tuturor persoanelor juridice şi fizice care desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător, organizațiilor necomerciale, inclusiv și notarilor.

О налоговом периоде для определения общей суммы подоходного налога для публичного нотариуса
Публичный нотариус ежемесячно определяет сумму налогооблагаемого дохода. Расчет подоходного налога лица, осуществляющего профессиональную деятельность публичного нотариуса или судебного исполнителя (форма CNOTAR14), также представляется ежемесячно, а в конце календарного года публичный нотариус не обязан представлять какой-либо дополнительный отчет. В свете изложенного, что следует считать налоговым периодом для определения общей суммы подоходного налога для публичного нотариуса – месяц или год?

În conformitate cu prevederile art. 121 alin. (1) din CF, prin perioadă fiscală privind impozitul pe venit se înţelege anul calendaristic la încheierea căruia se determină venitul impozabil şi se calculează suma impozitului care trebuie achitată.

Настоящий ответ составлен в соответствии с разъяснениями, предоставленным Министерством Финансов в письме № 14/3-13/384 от 16.12.2013 г… Согласно положениям пункта (6) статьи 2 Закона О нотариате № 1453-XV от 8.11.2002 г., нотариальная деятельность не является предпринимательской и не может быть приравнена к таковой, не осуществляется на основе предпринимательства и не подпадает под действие законодательных и других нормативных актов, регламентирующих предпринимательскую деятельность.
