Taxă pe valoarea adăugată
(în continuare – T.V.A.) – impozit general de stat care reprezintă o formă de colectare la buget a unei părţi a valorii mărfurilor livrate, serviciilor prestate care sînt supuse impozitării pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova, precum şi a unei părţi din valoarea mărfurilor, serviciilor impozabile importate în Republica Moldova.

Согласно Приказу ГНС № 44 от 31 января 2018 г., которым утверждены изменения и дополнения в Приказ Главной государственной налоговой инспекции №1164 от 25 октября 2012 г. об утверждении бланка декларации по НДС и порядка ее заполнения, обязательство по представлению Декларации по НДС, помимо ранее указанных плательщиков, возникает также у юридических лиц, независимо от того, зарегистрированы они или нет в качестве плательщиков НДС, которые обязаны оплачивать НДС согласно п.29) ч.(1) ст.103 Налогового кодекса, за исключением сумм НДС, оплаченных по импортированным основным средствам.
