privind iniţierea procesului de monitorizare a Legii insolvabilităţii nr.149 din 29.06.2012
În conformitate cu Hotărîrea Guvernului nr. 334 din 14 mai 2014 „Cu privire la aprobarea listei actelor legislative şi normative care vor fi monitorizate de către organele centrale de specialitate ale administraţiei publice în anul 2014”, Ministerul Economiei anunţă iniţierea procesului de monitorizare a Legii insolvabilităţii nr.149 din 29.06.2012 în scopul identificării gradului de executare şi de inaplicabilitate a prevederilor Legii date, determinării faptului dacă obiectivele şi/sau scopul au fost îndeplinite, dacă au apărut careva consecinţe neprevăzute sau negative, precum şi în scopul elaborării recomandărilor de remediere a consecinţelor negative. În vederea eficientizării procesului de evaluare a Legii sus-nominalizate, solicităm implicarea activă a tuturor subiecţilor interesaţi prin prezentarea opiniilor şi propunerilor, completînd chestionarul ataşat. Propunerile şi sugestiile urmează a fi transmise, până la data de26 august2014, în scris la adresa: Ministerul Economiei, Piaţa Marii Adunări Naţionale 1, or. Chişinău, prin fax – la nr. 250639 sau la adresa de e-mail:ana.ionas@mec.gov.md.
