Restituirea TVA la importul și comercializarea produselor lacatate și de panificație
Întreprinderea noastră fiind plătitor de T.V.A. a efectuat importul produselor lactate și de panificație achitînd T.V.A. la vamă. Ulterior aceste produse au fost comercializate pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova. Putem noi oare beneficia de restituirea T.V.A.? Prevederile art. 101 alin.
