Sunt oare scutite de T.V.A., în baza prevederilor art. 103 din CF, serviciile de alimentare cu apă a întovărășirii pomicole?
Conform art. 93, pct. 4) și pct. 6) din CF, livrarea impozabilă reprezintă activitate de prestare a serviciilor materiale şi nemateriale, de consum şi de producție, cu excepția celor scutite de T.V.A. Iar, reieșind din dispozițiile art. 103 pct. 16) din CF, nu se impozitează cu T.V.A. cazarea în cămine; serviciile comunale acordate populației: închirierea spațiului locativ, deservirea tehnică a blocurilor de locuințe, alimentarea cu apă, canalizarea, salubrizarea, folosirea ascensoarelor.
